Benefits Consultants
Darilyn Evans is one of our expert benefits consultants and has over 20 years successful experience in project environments in both the public and private sectors.She has worked with Fujitsu, RACV, Superpartners and the Commonwealth and Victorian governments in various senior roles including project management, mentoring, training and project auditing.Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Computing and an Advanced Certificate in Arbitration & Mediation. In addition she has completed many industry courses, is a member of AIM, AIPM and holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. She is a Practitioner in PRINCE2®, MSP®, P3O®, Management of Value, Agile and Managing BenefitsTM certification. Darilyn is also a Gateway Reviewer.In recent years Darilyn’s focus has been on ensuring organisations maximise the benefits from their investment in projects and programmes. She has assessed benefits management maturity, assisted organisations prepare capability improvement plans and integrate benefits management into their change initiatives.

Alison Cesaro is one of our expert benefits consultants. She comes from a business background with significant experience of programme environments in the public and private sectors.She has worked with Coles Myer in competitor analysis and helped to improve systems and processes in merchandising, marketing and financial accounting. As a senior project manager with EDS she managed service improvements programs at Holden and global communication programs for Dow Chemicals.She has established Project Management Offices for Government Departments and provided advice on the implementation of appropriate project management methodologies.Alison is an associate member of ASCPA and holds Practitioner or Advanced Practitioner level qualifications for PRINCE2®, P3O®, Management of Value, Agile, Managing BenefitsTM and MSP®.She was the first person accredited to train in Management of Portfolio in Australia. Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Retail Studies. She holds PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
Alison is a Gateway Reviewer and has been providing advice and consultancy services in Benefits Management at the highest levels for many years.
